PHOTOS: Female customs official kidnapped in Lagos

Some gunmen have kidnapped a feminine customs official, Mrs. Consolation Alaba, after attacking a home within the FESTAC City space of Lagos State.

The assailants reportedly whisked away 50-12 months-outdated Consolation round 8pm on Tuesday whereas she was visiting her kids on 22 Highway, FESTAC City.

We learnt that the boys ordered the kids to not shout, threatening to shoot them lifeless in the event that they did, as they made away with their mom in her black Murano Jeep.

The case was stated to have been reported on the FESTAC Police Division.

Our correspondent gathered that Consolation just lately separated from her husband and had left her residence on eleven Highway, A Shut, for her husband’s place, to go to her kids when the incident occurred.

Her daughter, Religion, who spoke with our correspondent, stated the assailants have been unmasked.

She mentioned, “My mum came visiting us. We have been in her Jeep, enjoying together with her. She had spent about 20 minutes with us and was getting ready to depart.

“As I hugged her goodbye, and my sister stepped out of her car, two guys walked as much as her and took management of the automobile. As I used to be about to shout, certainly one of them put a gun to my stomach and stated if I shouted he would kill me.

“I immediately heard a gunshot, and earlier than I knew it, they’d zoomed off along with her. They wore black garments. They didn’t say something to us besides after they threatened me. They had been two in quantity.”

Our correspondent made efforts to talk with the sufferer’s husband, however the daughter mentioned he was unavailable as he had gone to the police headquarters over the matter

Religion appealed to the abductors to launch her mom, saying she had not recovered from the shock of the assault.

The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, confirmed the incident, including that investigations had been ongoing.
